We currently ship to all regions within India, including urban, semi-urban, and rural areas. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from the date of order confirmation. Once processed, the package is handed over to our shipping partner. A confirmation email with your order details will be sent after processing.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline
  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities and Towns: 5–7 business days
  • Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Tress Loom is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping services.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated dynamically based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of your order. Applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. We may offer free shipping on select orders or during promotional periods, as specified on our website.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available only when a 20% advance payment is made at the time of placing the order. If you opt for this method, instructions for paying the advance amount will be provided during checkout. Orders without the required advance will not be processed under COD.

6. Shipping Partner

We have partnered exclusively with Shiprocket, a leading logistics platform that connects with multiple courier services to ensure safe and timely deliveries across India. The assigned courier may vary depending on your location.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your shipment through Shiprocket’s tracking system. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of order confirmation, please contact us at tresloom@gmail.com with your order number.

8. Delivery Attempts and Undelivered Orders

Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your order. If you're unavailable, they may leave a note or reschedule delivery. If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability:

  • We will contact you to confirm your address and reattempt delivery, which may incur additional charges.
  • If you opt not to receive the package, a refund will be processed as per our Refund and Cancellation Policy, excluding original shipping costs.
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
  • Damaged Deliveries: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing tresloom@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the item, and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
  • Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us. We will coordinate with Shiprocket to investigate, and if the shipment is declared lost, a replacement or refund will be issued.
10. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. Tress Loom is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or extra charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to correct an address after placing an order, contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible once the item has shipped.

11. Shipping Restrictions

Some items may be restricted from shipping due to courier policies or local regulations. If any product in your order cannot be delivered, we will notify you and offer a refund or suggest an alternative item.

12. Force Majeure

Tress Loom is not responsible for delays or failures in shipping caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, or government restrictions.

13. Governing Law

This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy or the use of our website will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Munger, Bihar.
