Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy – Tress Loom

A. Order Cancellation
  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations: You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our support team at tresloom@gmail.com. Kindly mention your order number and a brief reason for cancellation. If the order has not been processed, a full refund will be issued.
  • Post-Shipment Cancellations: Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you may initiate a return as per our return policy guidelines.
  • Tress Loom-Initiated Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, technical issues, or suspected fraud. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via Cashfree or Razorpay.
  • Refunds for Cancellations: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
B. Return Policy
  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Eligible Products: Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges on Lingerie, Innerwear, Swimwear, Nightwear, or Discounted/Sale items unless defective or incorrect.
  • Return Process: Initiate the return through your Tress Loom account dashboard. Backend team will verify the issue. Photos may be required.
  • Return Shipping: Tress Loom covers the shipping cost for verified defective/damaged/incorrect products. For other valid returns, we still cover return shipping.
  • Inspection: Returns are inspected within 3–5 business days. Items not meeting return conditions will be rejected and sent back at your expense.
C. Refund Policy
  • Refund Approval: Refunds are processed after successful inspection of the returned product.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refund Mode: Issued to the original payment method via Razorpay or Cashfree. Store credit may be offered upon request.
  • Partial Refunds: Only returned items will be refunded. Discounts applied will be adjusted proportionally.
  • Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping and service fees are non-refundable unless it’s our fault.
  • Refund Delays: Bank processing time may add 3–5 days. Contact tresloom@gmail.com if delayed.
D. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
  • Reporting Issues: Email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
  • Resolution: We will offer a replacement or refund. Shipping fees will also be refunded if applicable.
  • Pickup & Inspection: We’ll either arrange pickup via Shiprocket or provide a return label. Inspection and approval follow before refund/replacement.
E. Shipping & Delivery Information
  • Dispatch Time: Within 2 business days.
  • Delivery Timeline: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Undelivered Orders: Orders returned due to address issues or rejection will incur standard return handling fees.
F. Exceptions & Special Cases
  • Promotional Items: Final sale unless defective.
  • Bulk/Custom Orders: Custom terms may apply. Contact us before placing such orders.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to natural disasters, strikes, or service disruptions.
G. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Munger, Bihar.
